2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

a. For issuance of an appropriate writ, order, or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent authorities, in particular the Circle Officer, Khagaria, to ensure the construction of the boundary wall upon the Petitioner's land under his supervision, and to ensure such construction without delay as also been

Patna High Court CWJC No.15531 of 2025(2) dt.13-10-2025 2/3 instructed to him vide Letter No. 1004 dated 01.08.2024 issued by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Khagaria;

b. For a further direction to the respondents to protect the Petitioner's possession over the land in question and to prevent any interference or obstruction during the execution of the work;

c. For grant of any other relief(s) to which the Petitioner may be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some argument submits that he shall be filing a fresh representation along with requisite fee before the respondent no. 5, the Circle Officer, Khagaria in next four weeks.

4. Learned State Counsel submits that if such petition is preferred, naturally, the same shall be taken to its logical conclusion after noticing all the concerned parties.

5. Considering the limited prayer for which the petition has been filed, the same is disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Khagaria (respondent no. 5) in next four weeks and if such petition is preferred along with requisite fee, the respondent concerned is duty-bound to take the matter to its logical conclusion after hearing all the parties and visiting the spot in question at an earliest and
