The petitioner apprehends his arrest in G.O. Case No. 227 of 2014 registered for the offence punishable under Section 47(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that country made liquor and other articles were recovered from a lonely place not from the possession of the petitioner. It appears that the place is situated at north side of the village of the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
