Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rail Sugauli, Bettiah P.S. Case No. 33 of 2016 registered under Sections- 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovery from the possession of the petitioner. His name has come in the confessional statement of the coaccused. Petitioner is in custody since 15.12.2016.
