This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 341, 323, 427, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and after the death Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was also added. The allegation of commission of physical assault is against co-accused, Baleshwar Das @ Phucho Das.

The occurrence allegedly took place on 15.10.2016 and first information report was lodged on 20.10.2016, thereafter, the informant died on 05.11.2016. The doctor has not found any external injury on the victim.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16365 of 2017 (3) dt.16-05-2017 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ujiarpur P.S. Case No. 168 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Dalsingsarai, Samastipur, or successor Court.
