2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for initiation of Contempt proceeding against the members of Opposite parties

Patna High Court MJC No.2317 of 2021(3) dt.11-03-2026 2/2 especially opposite party 3. The District Magistrate Gaya to comply the order dated 21.01.2020 passed in C.W.J.C. No.

1286/2020 whereby and whereunder Hon'ble Court was pleased to direct the O.P. no. 3 to take appropriate action in accordance with law however despite representation filed by petitioner, no action has been taken till date.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition.

4. Accordingly, the contempt petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
