2. The petitioners have prayed for regular bail in a case instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act 2018.

3 As per FIR. it is a case of demand of ransome on mobile of the informant by way of mobile holder being No.9784652752 and demanded ransome of Rs. 1 lakh from the informant otherwise he will commit murder of son of informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. It is further submitted that the mobile, in question, from which the call is made to the informant, does not belong to the petitioner. The

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah, in connection with Sikarpur P.S. case No. 217 of 2023.
