Patna High Court CWJC No.1721 of 2022 dt.10-03-2022 2/2 all the defects pointed out by the Registry within two weeks from today.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that salary has not been released, in terms of the Act, the matter can be best adjudicated by the Madarsa Board.
In view thereof, it is directed that if an appeal is preferred before the Madarsa Board for redressal of the grievances, they shall decide the same by passing a speaking order within three months.
The petition stands disposed off.
