2. The petitioner is in custody since 13.07.2016 in connection with Jalalpur P.S. Case No. 108 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 420, 308, 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as Dalan from where the incriminating articles by way of country made liquor with packing materials have been recovered belonged to one Arjun Singh and not to the petitioner.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged and recovery of 114 litres of country made liquor and packing materials, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
