The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 189 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Petitioners are the brothers-in-law (Dewar) of the deceased.

Considering the status of the petitioners and the

Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Muffasil P.S.
