2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 127(2), 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 352, 65 and 89 of the BNS and under Sections 4, 6, 8, 12 and 17 of the POCSO Act.
3. The case of the prosecution is that when the complainant forced for marriage, it is alleged that the petitioner along with others got angered and started abusing and ousted the complainant from the house.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the only allegation against this petitioner is that he has

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail to the petitioner.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Nirmali P.S. Case No. 220 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge-POCSO Act, Supaul.
