It is submitted by learned counsel for the appellant that vide order dated 07.12.2022, the appellant was granted bail. In the said order, in middle portion of page no.2, it has been wrongly typed as "He further submits that earlier co-accused Himanshu Kumar Singh lodged an FIR against the son of the informant and thereafter the informant has lodged the present case" but there was no such submission and it appears to be a typographical error. Accordingly, he prays to delete the aforesaid line from the order dated 07.12.2022. Perused the order-sheet, the record of the case and considering the submission of learned counsel for the appellant, the order dated 07.12.2022 is corrected to the extent that in
