Petitioner is accused in connection with Naugachia Police Station Case No 49 of 2017 registered under Sections 20/22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. It is submitted that 250 gms of Ganja, which comes under the definition of small quantity, was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 12.03.2017. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions
