The Circle Officer, Sidhwaliya, Gopalganj is directed to act upon the representation of the petitioner dated 10.01.2022 regarding the alleged encroachment done by the respondent no. 6 to 9 on the government land. If the circle officer finds that the respondent nos. 6 to 9 have encroached the government land then he will initiate an encroachment

Patna High Court CWJC No.13963 of 2023(2) dt.29-03-2024 2/2 proceeding and will dispose of the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt/communication of a copy of this order in accordance with law after hearing all the concerned parties including the alleged encroachers also.

3. With the aforesaid direction, this application stands disposed of.
