This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Vaishali P.S. Case No.154 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 137(2), 96, 115(2), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

The petitioner is accused of kidnapping the daughter of the informant.

It appears that one Ritesh Kumar is the main accused in the kidnapping / elopement of the victim girl. The petitioner is the friend of said Ritesh Kumar. He is in custody

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63540 of 2025(2) dt.17-09-2025 2/2 since 09.05.2025.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Vaishali, Hajipur / concerned Court below, in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No.154 of 2025.
