JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-11-2015 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code on the allegation that he and accused Rahman assaulted Firoj on his head with Iron rod.

The petitioner submits that compromise has arrived at between the parties.

The bail petition is disposed of with following observations:- If the petitioner surrenders within six weeks and pray for regular bail, and the injured and the informant accepts thte factum of compromise, the petitioner would be released on bail, otherwise order would be passed on the merits of the case.
