This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner was appointed as Agan Bari Sevika, on the basis of the forged certificates, produced by the petitioner and the petitioner withdrew remuneration for the aforesaid post. On the assurance of the petitioner that the petitioner would refund the received amount, this Court had adjourned this matter several times. However, the remuneration has not been refunded. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is refused.

However, in the event of surrender, if the petitioner appears before the Court along with proof of refund of the remuneration, the Court below would consider the prayer for regular bail favourably.
