The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Banka P.S. Case No.440 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 323, 504, 506, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is said to have executed a sale deed in favour of the mother of the informant, but he has not handed over the possession of actual land which was transferred to the mother of the informant.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail application. It is further submitted that the dispute between the

Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
Considering the fact that the dispute between the parties is civil in nature, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Banka in connection with Banka P.S.
