1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was member of the Managing Committee of Madarsa Islahul Muslemin, Madarsa No. 477 at Kishanganj. He has filed the present writ application

Patna High Court CWJC No.22205 of 2019(3) dt.04-12-2023 2/2 challenging the appointment made by the Managing Committee, which was approved by the Board on 10.07.2019. The prayer of the writ petitioner is for direction to hold an enquiry against the illegal appointment made by the Managing Committee of the Madarsa.

2. Admittedly, the petitioner is not a candidate for appointment on four posts i.e. Alim, Maulvi, Hafiz and Inter Trained teacher and as such, the petitioner cannot be said to be an aggrieved person. He is seeking roving enquiry against the appointment made by the Managing Committee.

3. In my opinion, the petitioner cannot maintain the writ application and he has no locus to seek roving enquiry against the said appointment.

4. In view of the aforesaid, I do not find any merit in this case, accordingly, this writ application stands dismissed. (Anil Kumar Sinha, J) ashwani/- U
