Petitioner is the driver of a tractor, which was seized along with trailer laden with rice, which was going to be sold in black market. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 22.07.2016. Accordingly, petitioner, Manoj Singh is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia in connection with Bhawanipur P. S. Case no.129 of 2016.
