This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47 of the Bihar Excise Act.

From the hut of this petitioner, five liters of liquor was allegedly recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 14.02.2017.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nayagoan P.S. Case No. 115 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, XIII, Saran at Chapra, or successor Court on completion of three months in custody.
