2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present application has been filed for modification/extension of time of the order dated 25.06.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39596 of 2025 on the ground that the petitioner could not surrender himself before the concerned trial court within the stipulated period. Counsel submits that the reasons for the failure to surrender before the trial court within the stipulated time have been adequately explained in the application, and assures that in future, such mistake shall not occur.

3. As such, in the light of the submissions made as well as grounds mentioned in the application, four weeks' time

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64683 of 2025(2) dt.12-09-2025 2/2 from today is hereby granted to the petitioner to surrender before the concerned trial court.

4. Accordingly, with the aforesaid direction, the present Cr. Misc. application is hereby allowed and order dated 25.06.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39596 of 2025 is modified up to that extent, subject to payment of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) by the petitioner in the Prime Minister National Relief Fund.
