The Court is not impressed with the submission that the order dated 28.07.2016 is required to be reviewed in any manner. The order has been passed taking the totality of the factual position, which emerged due to rescinding of the report of the three member committee unilaterally and constitution of a five member committee. It is in this background that the Court felt that if a decision taken in the public domain and does not speak for itself, it would not stand judicial scrutiny. There is no infirmity in the order whose review has been sought. Review application is dismissed.
