This writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondents for implementation of the order dated 30.05.2015, as contained in Annexure 1.
However, in view of the fact that under Rule 15 of the Bihar State School Teacher and Employee Grievance Redressal Rules, 2015 the power of punishing the concerned for non-compliance of the order passed or the direction given by the appellate authority has also been provided to the appellate authority, this writ application is
Patna High Court CWJC No.15961 of 2016 dt.10-03-2017 2 / 2 being disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to move before the concerned authority itself for the said purpose. It is expected that on filing of such application along with a copy of this order, the authority will proceed expeditiously in the matter.
It goes without saying that this order or pendency of such would not come in way of the respondent authority for complying the direction contained in Annexure 1 if the order concerned has not been modified, altered or set aside by any competent authority.
