2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 102 of 2025 instituted under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(2), 109, 351(3), 352 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have stabbed the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

5. From the injury report, it appears that the injury sustained by the victim is grievous in nature.

6. This is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

7. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

8. The petitioner is directed to surrender within two weeks from today and pray for regular bail, failing which the Superintendent of Police, Nalanda will take all steps for arrest of the petitioner.

9. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Nalanda through FAX or e-mail for its compliance.
