2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 182/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 447/341/323/324/307/302/379/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Four persons are said to have assaulted the deceased and Allaudin Mian is the assailant of the deceased. The petitioner is in jail since 24.06.2024 and she claims to have clean antecedent.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65559 of 2024(2) dt.01-10-2024 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, III, West Champaran at Bettiah/concerned court in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 182/2024.
