The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Mairwa P.S. 08 of 2015 for offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is of having secured appointment on the basis of a forged A.N.M. (Auxiliary Nursing and Midwifery) Training Certificate.

Learned counsel for the petitioner with reference to the order placed at Annexure-3 submits that of the three accused remaining two have been granted bail by this Court. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering that the genuineness of the certificate is yet to be tested before the court below as well considering the order placed

No.52857 of 2015 (2) dt.14-12-2015 at Annexure-3, let the petitioner Kumari Khushboo @ Kumari Khushboo Rani in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Siwan and/or the court concerned in connection with Mairwa P.S.
