This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.Case No.75 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 386, 385 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, there was demand of Rangdari from the informant who was running construction work and for non-fulfillment of that firing was made and again there is repetition of firing by the petitioner and other accused persons for such demand. Apart from that it appears that he is accused in eight other cases.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is petty contractor having dispute with the informant, he has falsely been implicated in this case. He is in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57946 of 2019(6) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 custody since 29.5.2019.

Heard learned A.P.P., who has opposed the prayer for bail stating that he has criminal antecedent apart from allegation against him.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
