The sole petitioner, who is in custody since 16.7.2016 in Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 175 of 2016 registered for the offence under Section 47(A )/ 57 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act 2016 has prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on false accusation of recovery of about 10 bottles of Indian make foreign liquor the petitioner has been detained and petitioner is having clean antecedent which fact has been stated in paragraph no. 3 of the petition.

Case No. 175 of 2016.
