The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madhuban P. S. Case No. 108 of 2019 registered for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act, 1959.

From the possession of the petitioner, one loaded country-made pistol and one live cartridge is said to have been recovered.

The petitioner is in custody since 28.05.2019. For the aforesaid facts, the petition is allowed. The petitioner, above-named, is directed to be
