2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323,448,308/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner no.1 gave iron rod blow on the head of the informant, whereas petitioner no.2 and 3 are alleged to have assaulted the informant by fists and slaps.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that petitioner no.1 caused injury on the head of the informant for which she is still under treatment.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of all the petitioners no. 2 and 3 is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let these petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in Banka Police Station Case No. 512 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

6. Considering nature and gravity of accusation against petitioner no.1, his prayer for bail is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) shashi/- U T
