At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that during the pendency of this petition, the petitioner has been granted relief under the provisions of Section 167 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, as such, it has become infructuous. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw this bail petition. In view of the aforesaid submission, this application is dismissed as withdrawn as having become infructuous.
