It is submitted that due to typographical error in the second paragraph and also in the last paragraph, Nawada Town P.S. Case no. 46 of 2009 has been typed in place of Nawada Town P. S. Case no. 460 of 2009.

Accordingly, in the order dated 5.2.2016, Nawada Town P. S. Case no. 46 of 2009 should be read as Nawada Town P. S. Case no. 460 of 2009. The period of surrender is also extended for further two weeks. The order dated 5.2.2016 is modified to the above extent.
