This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Lauriya P.S. Case No. 119 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 498A and 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. Apart from the submission that the allegation against the accused persons are general and omnibus, learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that grand father-in-law of the deceased has been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 15.09.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 41766 of 2015. Considering the said submission, this application is

Let the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah (West Champaran) in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No. 119 of 2015. This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present herself before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on her part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, her bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
