2. The Court does not have time to have such frivolous litigation and that too for issues, which are hopelessly kind of delayed and suffers from serious laches/omission on the part of the person interested in asserting his right before this Court.
3. The Court is not here to satisfy the vanity of people who do not otherwise approach a Court of law well in time. A B.Ed. degree, which is sought to be obtained, relates to the examination held in the year 1979 and that too when wife of the present petitioner had failed, as is evident from pleadings and annexure itself available with the writ application.
