The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioner assaulted the informant by means of stone, leg and slap, due to which he sustained injuries and they took out Rs.15,000/- from his pocket.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 6.7.2019 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. It is a case and counter case between the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58532 of 2019(2) dt.18-09-2019 2/2 parties. Free fight is alleged to have taken place for a petty reason. The grievous injury is on non-vital part of the body. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram (Rohtas) in connection with Kargahar P.S. case No.382 of 2018.
