Petitioner was working under the petitioner and it appears from the first information report that wife of the deceased developed sweet relation with younger brother of the petitioner and subsequently, she eloped with younger brother of the petitioner. It would further appear from the first information report that when the deceased went to take his wife back, he was administered poison as a result of which he died in course of his treatment.

Initially, petitioner was not made accused in this case but it appears that one month after institution of the case, name of the petitioner was added in the first information report. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
