2. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 307, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per FIR, for a trivial dispute four persons are said to have assaulted the deceased.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that there is no specific overt act against the petitioners. He submits that there is general and omnibus allegation levelled against the petitioners. He submits that the charge has been framed against the petitioners. He submits that

No.65700 of 2024(5) dt.21-01-2025 2/2 similarly situated co-accused has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 04.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22895 of 2024. He further submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application and they are languishing in judicial custody since 16.05.2024.
5. Learned APP for the State and informant oppose the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 232 of 2022, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall co-operate in the trial and if they fail to appear on two consecutive dates their bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
