Petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Penal Code including Sections 379, 504/34 of the Penal Code. Other co-accused have been allowed the privilege of bail in the event of arrest by learned Sessions Judge under order dated 01.07.2015. Case of the petitioner was, however, rejected under order dated 11.06.2015. Petitioner, being a lady, let she surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order in the court below and thereafter be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/-(Rs.
