JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. i. For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other writ of similar nature, commanding and directing the respondent authorities for consideration of several representations filed before them pertaining to removal of encroachment by private respondents on Khata No. 40, Plot No. 833, area 4 decimal in Goh Circle of Aurangabad District.

ii. For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus, commanding and directing the Respondent authorities to

Patna High Court CWJC No.14709 of 2023(2) dt.30-04-2024 2/2 comply the order dated 05-07-2021 passed by Respondent SDO, Daudnagar in Case No. 835/2021 by and whereunder the Respondent Circle Officer, Goh was directed to get the encroachment removed but till date same has not been acted upon."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Aurangabad, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed before the District Magistrate, Aurangabad, by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law, forthwith 4.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
