In view of the statements made at paragraphs 7 to 9 of the supplementary show cause the learned State Counsel was directed to seek instruction from the Principal Secretary as to the release of fund but when the matter is taken up learned counsel for the petitioners does admit that even the balance dues has been paid but in so far as petitioners are concerned their claim has been rejected. He thus seeks permission to question the said order in an appropriate proceeding. Prayer is allowed. The contempt application is disposed of accordingly. (Jyoti Saran, J) SKPathak/- U
