JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-10-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the order dated 12.09.2018, the first paragraph of the said order is required to be modified inasmuch as the case of the petitioner is that the petitioner was granted 77 marks, however, the minimum passing marks have been declared by the Board as 78 marks and according to the petitioner one question is wrong, hence, if that question is omitted, the petitioner will pass. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the first paragraph of the order dated 12.09.2018 is modified as aforesaid and accordingly, the petitioner is granted liberty to approach the respondent no.4 by filing a

Patna High Court CWJC No.6148 of 2018 (5) dt.08-10-2018 2 /2 representation within a period of four weeks from today, which shall be considered by the respondent no.4 on merits in accordance with law and he shall pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks thereafter.

The order dated 12.09.2018 stands modified to the aforesaid extent.
