(A) A writ in the nature of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order, direction quashing the order dated 20.6.2022 passed by Additional Collector, Katihar in Aanganwadi Appeal Waad No.275/2016-17 affirming the order dated 30.6.2016 passed by District Programme Officer, ICDS, Katihar in Waad No. 27/2015

Patna High Court CWJC No.15641 of 2022(2) dt.20-03-2024 2/3 relating to direction for taking fresh initiative for selection of Sewika for Aangabwadi Centre Bhodawadi Fasia Centre No.256 in accordance with the departmental guidelines immediately.

(B) A writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, direction commanding the respondents to act in accordance with law and to order showing selection of the petitioner since her claim was found in accordance with the departmental guidelines as of the majority class was Scheduled Tribes and not of Scheduled Caste as is apparent from the above said order dated 20.6.2022 passed by Additional Collector Katihar in Aanganwadi Appeal Waad No.275/2016-17."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the Ld. Civil Court having competent jurisdiction, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is
