This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 498A, 323 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is husband of opposite party no. 2. opposite party no. 2 is present along with her two children from this petitioner.

After some reconciliation, the petitioner is ready to pay Rs.4,000/- as maintenance every month to opposite party no. 2, in her bank's account from the next month, which shall be subject to the result of maintenance case pending between the parties in the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna, and shall also be deductible

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18588 of 2017 (2) dt.27-04-2017 2/2 from the amount decided by the learned Principal Judge. Considering the aforesaid undertaking of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 1 of 2017 to the satisfaction of Smt.
