Mr. Chittranjan Sinha (PAAG-2) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-09-2018 There is common prayer made in both the writ applications seeking direction to the respondent- Director-inChief-cum-Chairman, Bihar Nurses Registration Council, Patna to issue and accept the fees and forms of the students of Session 2016-18, who according to the petitioners were admitted and were pursuing their Auxiliary Nursing & Midwifery Course in the petitioning-Institutions.

From the records, it is evident that the examination of the said Session 2016-18 is over.

These applications have thus, become infructuous. It is, however, indicated that I have not gone into the merits of the cases since they are being disposed of because of the fact that the examinations have already been held.

Patna High Court CWJC No.5401 of 2018(10) dt.12-09-2018 3/3 This order will not stop the petitioners from raising any legal plea, which have been taken in the present writ applications in appropriate proceeding.
