JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 13-03-2024 After some argument having sensed the difficulty in pursuing with the present revision application without approaching the learned trial court at first instance afresh, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to file a fresh application with a prayer for bail of the petitioner.

The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail in the learned court below and if such a prayer is made, the same will be considered without being prejudiced by the fact that this Court had earlier refused to set aside the order dated 20.02.2021 passed in Cr. Appeal No.02 of 2021. A fresh view shall be taken
