JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH) 23-08-2018 Learned counsel for the appellant, Mr. Shailendra Kumar having AOR No. 04865, seeks permission to withdraw the present Miscellaneous Appeal filed against the order dated 01.06.2015 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bhojpur, Arrah in Matrimonial Case No. 363 of 2014, whereby the appellant has been directed to pay Rs. 2000/- per month as maintenance and Rs. 4000/- as litigation cost to the respondents herein. It is submitted by learned counsel for the appellant that the issue in this regard has been settled between the parties. The Miscellaneous Appeal is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
