The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hawai Adda P.S. Case No. 186 of 2019 (Special Case No. 6341 of 2019), registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case merely on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63106 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 of the case, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Hawai Adda P.S. Case No. 186 of 2019 (Special Case No. 6341 of 2019) subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) S.Katyayan/- U T
