The petitioner is in custody since 06.07.2023 in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 275 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379/411/4136/ 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was found in possession of a stolen motorcycle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner has no concern with the alleged seized motorcycle. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 275 of 2023.
