2. The petitioners are in custody since 26.06.2023 in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 71/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/307/354(B)/341/ 323/324/147 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, altogether 7 persons are named in the F.I.R. for killing the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the participation of all the accused persons becomes doubtful as there is only one injury on the person on the deceased as per the post mortem report. The petitioners have

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., II, Madhepura in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 71/2023.
