JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-02-2019 The grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner is performing work of the Class-III post, but he is not being promoted to the class-III post from Class-IV post. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that similarly situated employees have already been promoted to the class-III post, hence the case of the petitioner be considered by the Registrar, Munger University and final decision be taken with regard to his claim for promotion.

Having regard to the limited grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner is granted liberty to file a representation before the Registrar, Munger University, Munger within a period of four weeks from today and in case the representation

Patna High Court CWJC No.23916 of 2018(3) dt.05-02-2019 2/2 is filed by the petitioner, the Registrar, Munger University shall pass an appropriate order within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.
